What this is
moving2.se is a field guide to moving to Sweden — permits, personnummer, housing queues, salaries, fika etiquette — written plainly, in English and Swedish, by people who have made the move themselves.
How we work
Every guide links its sources: Migrationsverket, Skatteverket, SCB and other official bodies have the final word, and we say so. Figures are dated and updated; when something is an estimate, we label it an estimate. We share practical experience, not legal or financial advice.
Why it's free
The hard part of moving countries is information asymmetry. Closing that gap shouldn't cost anything. If a guide saved you a week of confusion, tell a friend who's also dreaming north.
